Application:
Used as rocket and jet engine combustion chamber, engine combustion chamber, gas turbine blade and other thermal barrier coating, rocket nozzle and other high temperature gas erosion coating, heat treatment annealing furnace high temperature protection coating.
Particle erosion resistant coating; Anti-thermal shock and anti-bonding coating for brazing and heat treatment fixtures.
The coating is compact and tough, resistant to high temperature particle erosion, excellent thermal shock resistance and good heat insulation performance.
Precautions for use
1) Powder should be stored in a moisture-proof, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion environment
2). If the powder has moisture absorption or the storage cycle is more than 3 months, it should be dried before use (150 degrees drying for 2 hours).
3) Before spraying, the oxide and oil on the surface of the workpiece should be strictly removed and pre-treated
4). Do not mix different types of powder
Packing: 20kg, 25KG/ barrel
